Early in the development of Lahontan we built a house for a wonderful client. The following year he asked us to build a spec house for him. This is different than building directly for the people who will ultimately live in the house so everyone on the Team has to pull together to guarantee success for our client, the developer. This 5,314 sq. ft. house far exceeded expectations in the finishes, design, creativity, and craftsmanship that went into the house by giving the future buyer a pallet they could work with to make the home their own style, and a house that the developer could sell at a reasonable profit.
