Unique West Shore Boathouse

This 2014 Tahoe Quarterly Merit Award winning Tahoma boathouse project replaced an existing structure that was antiquated and in disrepair. The project team was able to navigate through local, state, and federal regulatory approvals and build the boathouse in record time. The newly designed boathouse replicates the cedar siding, arched trusses and reclaimed redwood trim of the award-winning lakefront estate. The boathouse even includes a motorized catwalk and adjustable staircase with push-button control to adjust to the changing Tahoe water level throughout the season.
