Our Work

Loverde Builders has built over 100 homes in the area under Mr. Loverde’s guidance.  We have worked with top local architects and also architects from other parts of California and Nevada. We have built homes on the North and West Shores of Lake Tahoe, Martis Camp and Lahontan in Truckee, Big Springs at Northstar, Incline Village, and Reno, NV.  A majority of our work comes from referrals by past clients, various architects, and our project recognition. We are able to have perspective clients tour many of these homes during their selection process.
