This TRPA Award winning home was built on a 50 ft. Wide, 40% slope overlooking Tahoe’s Meeks Bay. The architect was quoted as saying, “If you can get Peter and the Loverde team to build your house, they will build you a violin.” The 3,290 sq. ft. home is designed to step down the lot from the garage at street level to the entry and first floor and continues down the lot with the bedrooms on two lower floors. With well-placed windows and the clean lines of the contemporary interior there is a multitude of light and no awareness of how close the neighbors are. Every detail of this home was carefully planned and built to perfection which led to Loverde Builders winning another award, the award for “Best Small Lakefront for 2011” from Tahoe Quarterly Magazine.
